Working with Jodi has been absolute pleasure. Shes the rare combination of friendly, genuinely caring, competent, thoughtful, smart, and grounded. Jodi is also very responsive, an excellent communicator, and she wont hesitate to let you know when theres something she doesnt know. In those cases, shell research the issue/question and get back to you. Jodi has valuable perspectives on the various decisions that need to be made when getting insurance (in our case both homeowners and auto) and shes also pressure free. The rates were also very competitive. Im hard pressed to think of how the entire experience could have been better!! Thank you, Jodi!
