One of this firms clients rear-ended my car. Although their client acknowledged his fault, Richard Sampson refused to provide any coverage. Just to receive this single, denial message, I have been calling them more them six times (for a month), leaving voice messages, and trying to reach someone. They never responded. In instances in which they did, they asked me to send photos of damages via text. I texted the pictures of the damage via two different cell phones - no responses again.
It turns out, this branch has just "two staffs" who work for the firm. They are both unresponsive and will NOT be willing to communicate with you. I realize now why people go with the more reliable, bigger insurance company...
