Jenna Owens I love working with Courtney Williams at Pemberton Insurance Agency. She is friendly, knowledgeable and truly cares about her clients. I highly recommend working with her! Courtney deserves 5 stars. The office, however, I can only rate 4 stars because I have experienced several mistakes by the secretarial staff which is frustrating.

Jason Baze We have been working with Brenda from statefarm for over 10 years. When our local office in Poulsbo dispersed their employees and she moved to the silverdale; we requested to move also. Brenda always provides excellent service and she is always available for all our insurance needs/questions and claims requests from auto, boat, home and personal property coverage. Brenda has provided the personal service that we like and does not just push us to do things online. Brenda is the number one reason why we use statefarm!
