Do not respond to this email just leave me and my family alone!! Ive had Farmers for a few years now and back a few months ago I got burned so bad by a Agent known as John Moorehead. It all started this past summer when I moved to Washington. After getting my insurance set up I received a letter explaining my service was being canceled because they couldnt verify my vehicles housing .address called my agent right away and asked whats going on and was explained it was a simple mistake and it would be handled in a timely manner. In july I was late with a payment and called set up a payment plan with John and thought everything would be good half this week half next. However next week came and I noticed the payment didnt go though my bills always get paid I contacted him left a message explaining the situation and proceeded to go on about my day no response. In August my account was closed due to not providing a housing address I called again and was told no it would be taken care of. By the end of the month I had paid over 700 dollars with no explanation except from customer service blaming Mr John Moorehead saying it was allowed to close and was reopened causing a reinstatement fee for my account over the next few months my bill kept fluctuating I called and asked what was up again no resolution I called customer service again and turns out John was to blame again. If I was you Id stay away from this company farmers good company but MOOREHEAD INSURANCE is a waste of time they lie steal your money and claim its extra fees unrelated. In 6 months of having them I had already paid over 2000 dollars for a service that would have only cost me half if paid in full. No accidents no tickets no problems just poor service from Moorehead insurance.
