One of the things I really appreciate is that she speaks Spanish—this made everything so much easier and more comfortable for me. Flor is always available when I need her, whether I have a question, need help understanding my policy, or just want to make sure Im getting the best coverage. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure Im confident in my decisions. Its clear that Flor truly cares about her clients, and its been such a relief to have someone I can trust. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and caring insurance agent!
