Nate Dawg I called to cancel my insurance policy and had the pleasure working with Tanner. Didn’t need my insurance at the moment and he didn’t hassle me at all. Made it clear it was all good and to give him a call when I needed it again. Definitely working with him when I need it back. Great guy, DESERVES A RAISE!!

Eugene Courson Ive used State Farm for almost 10 years here and the ladies in the office are always more than willing to help, they were the cheapest option back when I started but still gave great service to me and for me I like having someone I can go talk to face to face not some disembodied voice on a phone trying to just sell you something, these people live here and have to face you in public and that means they care about their neighbors and community and dont just try to upsell you on things you dont need, even if you find it somewhere else cheaper this is the better option.

Natale Welsh I have had State Farm and used David Varelias office for just about my whole adult life. Unbelievable customer service, and they treat you like a family. Especially working with Dan. He helped me through my teenage son’s driving challenges and was so understanding and supportive! I really appreciate the care I received and will always recommend them to anyone I can!! Angelica Islas was very nice and professional. She answered all of our questions and went above and beyond your regular sales representative. Juanita was out and we were unfortunately not able to meet her but we can tell you she left her best in charge! We would recommend to anyone!

Daneen McNeal I am not a customer but people; YOU ARE BRINGING DOWN THIS POOR COMPANYS RATING CONFUSING IT WITH OTTO. Check the name before leaving a negative review. Reviews are so important these days. I am sure it is not being done on purpose but the damage is be done anyway.

Rod Cory 10 years ago, I was in need of full service insurance. Dan was a client and I asked to provide me a quote. Being able to shop several sources, he place me with Safeco insurance. I was able to up my limits and also bought an umbrella policy. It is always nice to have someone local that I can call whenever I have insurance questions. If you are looking for insurance, beware of the national sales companies. Many times they will quote a rate that seems to good to be true. Make sure to compare apples to apples. If it seems to good to be true, then chances are it is.
