2 /5 Angie B: Ive used this agency for almost 12 years. They used to have great customer service when they were smaller, but over the years, as theyve grown, its gone way downhill. Most recently, Ive been waiting for a call back for over a week. And I even called again two days ago, with no response as of yet. And its par for the course lately. Changes Ive made in the last few years have had issues, things are done incorrectly, and require multiple calls to resolve. This is the reason Im waiting for a call back now, to fix yet another thing done wrong. I dont know what the deal is, but Im changing agents.
