1 /5 Tera Low: We were with Dan since 2008, overall great coverage. No complaints there, but the customer service is lacking. I’ve had to call and remind people to call me back, several billing issues, and this last one is icing on the cake. We cancelled our policy on Oct 23rd effective 11/4, however Danita didn’t do her part of the job, resulting in an auto deduct and endless over draft fee’s on an account that’s barely used. Our cancel was supposed to be effective 11/04/22 @ 12:01 am. Since Danita failed to submit her paperwork until 11/11/22, we were charged and our overdraft fee’s will not be reimbursed. Just a family needing to cut costs because our medical expenses are through the roof. Sad, We pay the price for incompetence.

2 /5 Angie B: Ive used this agency for almost 12 years. They used to have great customer service when they were smaller, but over the years, as theyve grown, its gone way downhill. Most recently, Ive been waiting for a call back for over a week. And I even called again two days ago, with no response as of yet. And its par for the course lately. Changes Ive made in the last few years have had issues, things are done incorrectly, and require multiple calls to resolve. This is the reason Im waiting for a call back now, to fix yet another thing done wrong. I dont know what the deal is, but Im changing agents.

1 /5 Deb V: Didnt receive the service I am used to! Overdrew my account after not being able to provide the added van coverage...so I cancelled!! Still overdrawn as they mailed me a check, refund for charging for the next mo.
