The AFI team handle claims quickly and they also, keep us posted on all policy changes. I have been with them for a few years now, and I am served well everytime I have a question or have had to turn in a claim. Hildonna is amazing and always takes the time to address my concerns and makes sure I am imformed. Hildonna is smart, down to earth, and so friendly. Everytime I need to call their office, I look forward to our communication. They feel like friends to me. Ben has called to check in after accidents on his own time and has made sure that all is well. If youre looking for an agent to trust and look out for your interests I highly recommend Ben and his staff at American Family Insurance!

5 /5 Taylor Carter: These guys are amazing!! Ive been with them for a couple of years and have always had awesome service and amazing treatment. Everyone is so friendly and kind and helpful! A few weeks ago I had super last minute policy need and they not only found me a policy, but had it activated and ready to go with a couple of electronic signatures in less than 30 minutes. It was incredible. Would highly recommend!

1 /5 Sultan: I have been with them for five years and never had any claims. I recently called to negotiate the Homeowners insurance price because it’s too high compared to other agents, and the lady on the phone said she will get back to me with better deal. I never heard back from her, and one week later I got a mail with a check from them. They canceled my insurance without telling me and sent me a refund. NEVER ever use their insurance they are the worst.

5 /5 Mr. Mayonaise: Landon helped me out with a few quotes but was super cool and has great quality customer service. Was more than just business, he cares about the customers he talks to and even though I lost my job after I made an online quote. When he contacted me and I explained that too him we talked for a while and said hed help me find a job. Great guy and great service.
