PJ Glassey Nick tells it like it is and I really appreciate that. He wrote me two policies that saved me money and told me to stay with another company he couldnt beat. I love straight shooters! Nicks service is so good that Im actually considering switching my other account to him because its worth it to pay a bit more to get the kind of personalized service he delivers.

Shara The Scott Pate Allstate Insurance Companys office has been such a great relief for me to work with. Scott has been such a great resource for all of my questions and I hear back from Scott personally within 15 minutes to 12 hours depending on when I send him an email. Scott has taken such good care of me. Scott has ensured I have the coverage I need to protect myself in case of an accident. Scott and his team have been such a blessing to have them in my corner.

Giuseppe Rubinaccio John provided great input on my home owners policy specifically addressing the significant increase in replacement costs over the last year due building material cost increases. Additionally, he recommended other products that have provided me and my family solid coverage for most anything life will throw at us.

Steven Melikean I would like to take this opportunity to thank Matthew Wu for everything he did in providing me home insurance . . . In fact, I was so impressed with his knowledge and sales skills, that I ended up adding car insurance, along with an "umbrella" policy too. This would not have happened, except for the fact that Matthew is a very personable gentleman, whom explained insurance technical terms and "jargon" in laymans terms that I could easily understand. Equally important, his policy estimates (I had 3 other quotes from other insurers) were not beatable. Lastly, all of this was done, while I was selling a home in California and buying a home in Nine Mile Falls, Washington, i.e., I was under considerable stress "juggling" numerous other issues besides insurance for my new WA home. Matthew was a pro every step of the way. Moreover, he was a friend during this trying time. In conclusion, I want to say thank you Matthew for everything you did!

Grace June I really like the way this agency is run. They are very much on top of knowing the ins and outs and complexities of situations that arise and are able to explain it in a way that anyone can understand. I’ve met Connor, Eric, Christian and some other staff, they’ve never been too busy to answer a question I have. I see a group of people doing their best to help everyone they can despite a difficult economy and time for the industry right now. I appreciate how family friendly they are as well. Thanks guys!

Chuck Marsalisi My Allstate agent closed her office and essentially disappeared. I stopped by this office to handle making policy changes. Mike was friendly and professional. He took care of my immediate issues and helped me with advice on upcoming changes. Super friendly, but I was disappointed that even though he did all the work for me, my policy could not be transferred to this office. So, he did all the work for me, without getting anything out of it... and encouraged me to come back with future changes. What incredible service!
