1 /5 Roberta Jean: It was a very disappointing experience. I contacted them because they had consistent five star reviews. I spoke with someone named Katelin who seem to have no interest in helping me tell me she had four clients ahead of me but she would get back to me first thing in the morning. It is now afternoon and I have not heard from her either by phone or by email. In my opinion, she did not have good customer service skills, and seem to have no interest in helping me because I was more interested in auto insurance than anything else. Maybe I was not the right brokerage firm, but she should’ve just said that upfront and direct me elsewhere, if that was the case.
