Jack L I have been working with Scott Jensen and his team for one and a half years at this point and have been extremely happy with the help he has provided. He was able to save me money on a number of insurance products, but encouraged me in another direction in the one instance I could get a product cheaper somewhere else. He helped me navigate a number of business and business/insurance processes he was familiar with and provided much wise counsel. Also he was able to get me a term life policy where several other agents had failed to do so (pre existing health stuff, etc). I would highly recommend Scott and his agency whether you are a business owner or just an individual. The presence of administrative staff also makes dealing with Scotts team far easier than with standalone agents. Would 100% recommend them to anyone I know. .

Then we discussed proposal in detail and Jessica provided insights and clear explanations of options. Then she provided a complete personalized package of coverage for all our needs at a very competitive price. It was easy, efficient and cost effective. One of my best "insurance experiences". Bowen Normajean (Nia) Im a longtime insurance client with American Family and will remain so based on my claims experience as well as the years of great service. I had a plumbing breakage and a large section of flooring in my home was ruined. American Family restored everything to the original standard, and even hosted me at a hotel during the worst of it while the work was going on. They kept the process moving forward (so I didnt have to), checked in with me frequently, and treated me with great regard and exceptional service every step of the way. As friends heard about the flooding, every one seemed to have an insurance claim "horror story" to recount, and were astounded to hear about how different my American Family claims experience was from theirs. (Especially at competitive rates) Paul Spencer and Heather Baer have helped me navigate coverage choices and secure great rates through the years. They reach out whenever new saving programs or options become available - for example just this week they started a discount for downloading a driving app on my phone. Best service, nicest people, great value.

Jun J I typically dont take my time to post reviews on google but I felt I needed to do so based on the customer service Ive received from Alex. I called about 15 different people to shop for a high risk insurance before I was fortunate enough to be referred to Alex. within the first five minutes of every phone call Ive had with insurance agents, they rushed to give me a very general quote (and VERY HIGH) only with half the information they had of me before saying "yeah we dont have anything else" and would end the calls. Alex spent close to an hour on the phone with me providing full details and she submitted accurate specifics of the previous accidents and came back with the best rates available. I am way more knowledgeable in how insurance works after speaking with Alex. I would highly recommend her.
