5 /5 Lindsey Jeong: We have been working with Marlena Close for our familys health insurance needs since about January 2023 and have had such a positive experience! This was our first time purchasing health insurance from the Marketplace and she really walked alongside us in this new and unfamiliar journey. She is always so responsive to all of our questions and I learned a lot working with her. She heard and understood our familys insurance needs well and set us up with a really great plan right from the beginning. Her communication is clear, prompt, and so helpful. We are now moving to a new state and she has been great in connecting us with new insurance resources in our new state. We wish we could take her services with us wherever we go. We highly recommend working with her!
