Bernard Pham Progressive is the worst insurance company. Insist on having own inspection and will not accept auto body shop estimate. Progressive inspector did not show up and turned it around that I missed my appointment. So unprofessional. Sent me a link to submit photos but the Progressive app does not even recognize its own policy holder. Bad experience and dishonest adjuster Skye Morales.

Since we began using Country we have unfortunately had to file 3 separate claims. Each one was handled quickly and efficiently. Going through a car accident is never fun, but the prompt responses and efficiency of Country helped us to resolve the situation in a much faster way than we anticipated. On top of that, the service we get from Damien is second to none. He calls regularly to make sure we have a good understanding of our coverage and to make sure there have been no changes in our lives that would require a change in the types of insurance coverage we carry. Randy and Nick were able to Listen and Understand my very specific insurance policy needs and respond within less than half a day with policies ready to go. Nick put in extra effort to get the policies just right. This after I wasted 2 weeks working with a competing local company with multiple revisions and little progress before I finally gave up. The competing company sold me on a policy I did not need and caused unnecessary delays. Nick at Walker Insurance was amazing. Super responsive. Wasted no time. Easy to communicate with.
