1 /5 Josh Forrest: I have been a Heritage Insurance customer for more than 10 years now. Initially, I was impressed. Very responsive, super supportive and always wanting to assist. Most importantly, they always called back. Over the past couple of years however, the team has grown incredibly unresponsive. They direct you to Progressive for things that Progressive directs you to your broker for. Vanessa Cornish has been incredibly unhelpful. When removing a ex-partner from my account, she made a difficult situation even worse, constantly escalating, expressing hostility and attitude when none was needed. It was so bad, that Progressive was even assisting me in attempting to migrate to a new agent. Subsequently, I have been trying to reach them for the past 6 months to make changes to my policy. I have left multiple messages with different staff members and have sent several emails with no reply. I have since found a new broker, and still have not heard from them. I strongly suggest you vet other brokers before going here. They used to be great, but unfortunately, lack integrity.
