She was very kind, patient, knowledgeable and answered all my questions very quickly. She even helped me with questions I didnt realize I had until we started talking! She gave me quotes that varied like for just myself, or also my kids and depending on how many years. Kathy really went above and beyond to help me and I greatly appreciate it!! Challice Martin I have a story I wanted to share about Heather and her team. Last weekend Heather was at a market event and I was in the booth next to her running my business. I brought my 10 year old daughter to work and she went off to look around. After she didn’t come back for more than a few minutes I was very concerned. I ran through the entire event area and could not find her. Heather saw that I was distraught and she sent her team to go search the grounds. They found her safe and sound but I wanted to leave her a 5 star review because she didn’t need to help me. She didn’t have to do that for any reason other than she genuinely cared about a stranger finding her daughter. I think that speaks volumes about her character. Thank you Heather and her team!
