I’ve been their customer for over 14 years and have had a few claims. One for the house when an ice maker leaked while on vacation and a few fender benders. The claim for the house was the easiest to have processed though it was emotional for me. The house was back to its former self with little inconvenience in perspective now. Ron calls me when I have questions and makes recommendations based on options or new programs available. While not the least expensive insurance, I truly believe you get the level of service you are paying for.
