5 /5 Strawberry Tart: Hes great. My parents had a broker for the longest time and they did like...nothing for them. Any questions they had they wouldnt get answers to, they had my parents file their own claims still. Idk, I though a broker wasnt really needed. But I called a company and they gave me Vances number, so happy they did. Hes a delight and the cost was about the same as if I did it myself, maybe cheaper? Its great having someone able to explain what Im looking at tho! Google and the insurance sites like to complicate it wayyyy too much.

After being recommended a non-owner insurance policy by Allstate/Geico a few months ago, I blindly called Vance as a local insurance broker for a second opinion. He was super knowledgeable about the pros and cons, and helped provide genuine recommendations that would better suit my needs. He provided so much helpful advice (unbiased, and without any pressure around making a sale), and really understood the ins and outs of many of the insurance policies. 1 /5 Daniel Di Giulio: Terrible experience. Reached out to Vance in December to try and get insurance for my airbnb. He would frequently ignore emails and phone calls and was very disorganized, leading to my insurance lapsing. Attempted to work with him over the past few months - he frequently dropped the ball on getting insurance quotes and providing me with the things I would need to get new insurance. Last month, he asked me to get additional information and documentation needed for my quote. I got all those and emailed the evidence. Surprise surprise, the emails and phone call have gone unanswered for 3 weeks. Awful, unprofessional experience.
