For my husband and I it’s our go to for insurance and I feel confident with the coverage we need from home owners and auto to our life insurance policy. Multiple times over the holiday season I had questions and concerns on coverage and they were absolutely wonderful to work with! We have been with Geico for the past decade when it comes to our auto insurance and I’m so thankful we switched! 5 /5 3 Bs Home Repair: I have left a review before, but I really want to leave another after today. I have been very happy with Keith Browne as my agent. I am still shocked every time I interact with this company. How truly caring, helpful and just all around amazing they are. The lady I spoke to today was great. I was very pleased with how quickly she helped me. When I had some difficult, business insurance questions, she told me she wasnt familiar with what I was asking and didnt want to give me an answer until she knew for sure. This shows me she has integrity, too often I have had b.s from people than an honest Im not sure. Immediately Keith was able to take the phone and give me answers. He even offered to go over my business insurance from a different company so I could make certain I was covered with what I had. I know the last time I had dealings over a claim, I was comfortable and confident in Keith and his staff. They kept in contact often through it, and did right by me. I keep hearing horror stories of people fighting their insurance company. Never once have I felt like that, even when a tree fell on my car. I appreciate the knowledge, the help and the peace of mind.
