My family and I have been through multiple Insurance companies in the past and there is a clear reason why we have been with Carol Flores and Co. the longest. (Going on 4 years!),
The reason is quite simple, Education and Engagement. Whether I first speak with Jessica, Drew, or the designated receptionist, I am always greeted with the upmost kindness and respect and feel that I am genuinely cared for. I am asked about new chapters in my life, experiences I have had since we last spoke, and about my family. Jessica and Drew never fail to be patient with me in answering questions about my insurance plan AND offering reasons to those answers so I can learn along the way. This is not a transactional relationship. It is relationship committed to educating clients and putting clients first. Though I do communicate with Carol often, though she is accessible, I am certain her leadership influences the team as a whole. The team is just as committed to her as she is to them. This team in particular have helped my family and I during multiple challenges and have had our back. We are grateful to have been introduced to Carol Flores and her team and look forward to continuing our relationship and referring friends, family, and colleagues every opportunity we get.
