2 /5 Amber Sutton: I was with this company for 6 years. Jason, who originally handled my account, was fantastic. Once he left, someone else took over and suddenly my rates were higher, it took days to hear back and they never had an explanation as to why I was paying so much. It took over a month to make a simple change to my auto policy, I had to contact the actual agency because they dont answer their phones and I found out the change wasnt submitted until the day before I was billed for the next month, a change which was supposed to go into effect the month before. I switched to someone else and now Im paying less than half of what he said my "best option" was. They get paid for every policy they write, so please be cautious working with them.
