Due to relocation I had to change groups. My new agency failed to cancel my policies in a previous state and therefore I continued unknowingly to pay for them. I dont remember how everything transpired but someone reached out to PNI about my coverage though I was under another agency at this time. Instead of just ignoring it Sarah flat out fixed it. She got my money refunded and my policy changes taken care of. That is just 1 of the above and beyond things they did for me. If I ever move back to WA or CA they will be my first call.
