He is incredibly knowledgeable and spends the time finding the best coverage between several carriers to ensure that I have the best coverage for my needs. He takes the time to explain everything thoroughly to make sure I understand the policy. He answers all of my questions with patience and clarity. Bernard Pham Progressive is the worst insurance company. Insist on having own inspection and will not accept auto body shop estimate. Progressive inspector did not show up and turned it around that I missed my appointment. So unprofessional. Sent me a link to submit photos but the Progressive app does not even recognize its own policy holder. Bad experience and dishonest adjuster Skye Morales.

The staff which includes Mackenzie and Marinda are very friendly and professional. They gave me an immediate feeling that I was part of their family. Vong Vithyea Srey Dave is the best insurance agent that Ive ever worked with. Hes very responsive, approachable and knowledgeable. I can simply call him any time and ask any questions that I have.
