Phillip Chung No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..

Lance Sawyer I have been with Tyler and his staff for many years. They are always professional and courteous in all my interactions with them. They keep me informed of any changes well in advance and let me know if there are any issues with my policies. I never get any pushy sales pitches. Changing vehicles just takes a quick call and sending a couple pictures. Could not be easier or more pleasant to deal with. Thanks!

He has such extensive knowledge in not only Medicare, but in Life Insurance as well. Jennifer Kilts We have used Propel Insurance 9 of the 10 years we have been in business. I can tell you first hand Michelle Newberg is the best of the best. When I was fooled away from Propel by Ryan at Federated (which I give a negative 5!!! Stay away from Federated Insurance) for a measley savings I did not take into account the whole package you get with Michelle. She knows the insurance industry inside and out. Her knowledge and dedication is PHENOMENAL!! I called Michelle 3:00pm on a Friday and she was happy to hear from me even though I had made the decicion to leave Propel for Federated a year ago. I asked if she could get me insurance by Monday and she worked through the weekend to get this accomplished, which she did! She is top notch, over the top AMAZING! I broke up with Propel but am so happy to be back together!
