Mary Tbach I moved from TN to WA. I had to find an All-State agent. There were a few. So I reviewed the agents personal social media to compare their not at work activities. I chose Steve Crapson. At his office, he signed me up, explained WA laws that are different than TN and called my previous agent to fix something per the TN record.
