Bryan R I have known Daniel for about a year, and it is readily apparent to me that he wants his clients to be educated and informed about their insurance policies. He offered to sit down and review my current insurance coverage, go over areas where my coverage may be lacking, and make suggestions on adjusting limits or particular areas of coverage. It is clear that he cares about the people he works with and isnt satisfied until their questions are answered!

Greg Elwood John Ramsays staff are the best! whenever I mess up and dont get a card number changed etc etc, they contact me , correct the faux faux and all is well! I usually do most things via email and they are always quick to respond. Kara is the best! They also update me on policy recommendations as they arise.

Kaitlyn Hinners Hollie is the best person to go to, she works her hardest to find the best deal for you and makes sure you always have what you need. She is the kindest person I know!! I went to her and a month later I got into a accident by hitting a deer, I was able to call Hollie and she answered my phone call right away, and got my claim started while we were still on the phone, I’ve never know any other insurance agent be that fast! She is always on top of everything and reponds super fast to any message she receives. I love working with Hollie and will never go to anyone else!

Brian M. I could not be happier with my insurance coverage or insurance agent. Country has been nothing short of amazing. Since we began using Country we have unfortunately had to file 3 separate claims. Each one was handled quickly and efficiently. Going through a car accident is never fun, but the prompt responses and efficiency of Country helped us to resolve the situation in a much faster way than we anticipated. On top of that, the service we get from Damien is second to none. He calls regularly to make sure we have a good understanding of our coverage and to make sure there have been no changes in our lives that would require a change in the types of insurance coverage we carry. On more than one occasion this process has resulted in reduction of our monthly premiums.
