He has saved me money by suggesting newer plans that provided me the same coverage for reduced premiums. He doesnt offer the same plans to everyone. He doesnt operate with a cookie-cutter approach. She helped us choose a Part D prescription plan and dental plan too that would work best for us. She listened to are concerns and answered are questions. We feel she helped us choose plans based on are needs and didnt push us towards any particular plans that we didnt need. I would highly recommend her.
