Adam Lang Kevin and his team saved our family $6,000 this year in health insurance premiums. Besides the premium savings, the policy they found has no deductible (only copays). Compare that to the $11,000 family deductible on the plan offered by my new employer (at $500 more per month), and you can see why I am proud to write this glowing, 5-star review for Kevin and Riverbend Insurance. Beyond the savings, Kevin was able to answer all of my questions and walk me through various scenarios (lots of doctor visits vs. few, specialists vs. regular visits, emergency care, etc.) in terms of plan and cost. Im the type of person who wants to understand all the details, which Im sure annoys many professionals. Kevin was incredibly patient and actually seemed happy that I wanted to have all our ducks in a row before pulling the trigger. I also had to follow up a few times after buying the policy to make sure I was clear on payment and policy number. His team answered the phone the first time I called and was able to answer my questions. Joshua Vick Hands down the worst insurance company I have had to deal with. One of their insureds hit our vehicle in a parking lot. There was significant damage. It is now 5 months later and I have had to fight with them about everything. I have been transferred to 6 different agents through the process. Only one of them has been helpful shout out to Patrick in Spokane Washington for being as helpful as he could be. The rest have been absolutely useless! You know who you are Benjamin, Brenda, Lamont, Megan. They dont want to help. They dont listen. They are unreasonable and there goal is to absolutely take advantage of you, and you get nothing. My car hit = nothing other than repair and loss in value My time loss and missing out on work dealing with a damaged car = nothing My fuel spent going to get estimates on repair = nothing my returning to get the repair fixed a second time = nothing my diminished value on my was $50k plus vehicle that now shows an accident on the report = nothing Me without my vehicle for weeks = nothing What you do get for no charge from this company? Rude agents check! Canned responses check! shuffling from person to person check! Loss of time check! Loss of money check! Loss of value in your vehicle check! This company does really check all the boxes. The boxes of a company that doesnt care!

Bentley Dempster I have been with Kevin Wasson American Family Insurance for almost 13 years. Always great service, I never have had to wait on hold for my call to be connected, I get to speak with a real human, who speaks my first language intelligibly, (I speak English, Im not sure if they have any multi-lingual capacity for service, but I would not be surprised if they at least have someone who can speak Spanish fluently, because there are many Latina people in this area). Great business, no bad or unsatisfying experiences. Highly recommended.
