Progressive Insurance - Claims Office - Spokane Valley (WA)

1 /5 Joshua Vick: Hands down the worst insurance company I have had to deal with. One of their insureds hit our vehicle in a parking lot. There was significant damage. It is now 5 months later and I have had to fight with them about everything. I have been transferred to 6 different agents through the process. Only one of them has been helpful shout out to Patrick in Spokane Washington for being as helpful as he could be. The rest have been absolutely useless! You know who you are Benjamin, Brenda, Lamont, Megan. They dont want to help. They dont listen. They are unreasonable and there goal is to absolutely take advantage of you, and you get nothing. My car hit = nothing other than repair and loss in value My time loss and missing out on work dealing with a damaged car = nothing My fuel spent going to get estimates on repair = nothing my returning to get the repair fixed a second time = nothing my diminished value on my was $50k plus vehicle that now shows an accident on the report = nothing Me without my vehicle for weeks = nothing What you do get for no charge from this company? Rude agents check! Canned responses check! shuffling from person to person check! Loss of time check! Loss of money check! Loss of value in your vehicle check! This company does really check all the boxes. The boxes of a company that doesnt care!

1 /5 Lauren Luchini: Absolutely ridiculous. I was rear ended by a driver who had a suspended licence who completely admitted fault to both the officer and to progressive (her insurance). I have now waited over 2 weeks to get just the bumped and rear drivers side tail light replaced. No calls no check ins still waiting to get my vehicle in the shop with no scheduled date or plan as of now. Very disappointed with there level of efficiency and care of the drivers involved in their clients fault accidents. I will never have progressive and I feel sorry for anyone who gets involved with there insured drivers.

1 /5 Ryan husted: I wish I could give them zero stars. Your Adjuster for your claim will likely be as useless as possible. They just pass on the info given to them, nothing more. If you are unsatisfied with their results for you, they will just say thats how it is, give no explanation, then refuse to give you their supervisors phone number. All they want is your money while doing less than the bare minimum. Hell Progressive wanted me to file my claim through my cousins motorcycle insurance first to see if they would cover the accident since my cousin was driving. When I called them about it a different person there told me it made no sense. Progressive has no sense of organization. After a week of asking my adjuster to get ahold of his manager, she hadnt heard anything at all from my adjuster. Luckily I was finally able to actually get some options for what I could do aside from just accept their lowball offer. She was the only useful person I have spoke to while working with Progressive. DO NOT GET PROGRESSIVE INSURANCE.

1 /5 Ezequias Layata: I been a loyal customer since 2019, I am a gold start member. I have 3 properties and multiple auto insurance with them. They canceled one of my home insurance because of my dog (chow chow) I have never had a problem with my dog. I had the home insurance for 5 years with them and now they do this. I have never had a claim or had any issues with them. I cant even renew so now I need to move everything to a new insurance company. This company does not treat their loyal customers good.
