Devra Doiron Im so happy I was referred to Woodland/Strand Insurance. Angelita was wonderful, and she exceeded my expectations for quality service. Buying a home can be stressful, especially when the lender makes a last-minute demand for flood insurance. Because of Angelitas knowledge, experience and willingness to help, I was able to get the policy quickly and complete the purchase on my Battle Ground home without delay. As an added bonus, she provided an excellent Homeowners policy at a lower price than Id been quoted elsewhere!

Grace June I really like the way this agency is run. They are very much on top of knowing the ins and outs and complexities of situations that arise and are able to explain it in a way that anyone can understand. I’ve met Connor, Eric, Christian and some other staff, they’ve never been too busy to answer a question I have. I see a group of people doing their best to help everyone they can despite a difficult economy and time for the industry right now. I appreciate how family friendly they are as well. Thanks guys!

Jake Hoffman Had the misfortune of communicating with Joley. What appeared as an introduction to acquiring insurance, became a coarse and rude exposure to WaFd Insurance. I had to stop by the branch several weeks after requesting the quote, as no update was made. When I stopped by to check on the status, I was asked why am I stopping by if I have had insurance yet. I informed that in order to acquire my contractors license, I need a bond and insurance. Then a couple weeks later I got a call, and was told I had one option, with a crucial criteria, when I didnt understand it, and asked an explanation, Joley raised his voice and accused me of being unclear and concealing information. Perhaps thats how they treat their customers. Best Regards..

The staff was friendly and efficient, and Jesus was not only knowledgeable but always takes the time to address all my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend going to them for insurance.
