Mike Carney and his team always have time for my sometimes crazy questions and always has or will find the correct answer. He has as much if not more professionalism than anyone else in the business. Carney will not just look for your best rates, but the best coverage for that rate and always give you options. He is not the typical take it or leave it insurance agent. Mike will take it upon himself to find you a better policy when he notices that your rates are getting too high. Any other agent I have worked with only reacts to inquiries and complaints. Mike Carney has always been proactive in protecting your interest. I have shopped out his policies at different times only to find that he is still the best overall deal in the business.
