Randy was excellent on follow up and dealing with our timing needs for switch, as wed been with prior company for many years. Best of all, we got better coverage, better customer service for 1/3 less in premium! Its worth your time to look into switching, and Randy or Calen will take care of you!!

I was impressed with his knowledge of the company and all the coverages that that they offer. His attention to detail was unmatched and he made sure to tailor my policy to fit my budget. Overall, I’m impressed with his ability to set up of my policy quickly and efficiently. As a first time homeowner, I wanted to ensure that my home was adequately covered and that I was comfortable with the decisions that I was making. 1 /5 Drew Norton: He does not communicate and does not care about his clients. I have been a State Farm Customer for 27+ years and this office has had a few owners. Since Calen Nelson took over it has gone bad. Do not do business with them. I am taking my business elsewhere. You deserve better. There is no accountability or willingness to take care of loyal customers.

I saved a lot with the drive save and save program and ended up switching my car insurance over as well. Planning on converting to a whole life next year. All in all a super friendly agency with wonderful customer service.
