I get excellent service, knowledgeable staff, and policies that give great coverage and save me money. Some examples: someone recently did a hit and run on my car when it was parked. The insurance company wanted use my normal deductible, but the staff at G&R said that the deductible should be 70% lower for a hit and run, they were right. Years ago there was a catastrophic loss at my business that was not our fault. The insurance companys loss adjuster said we had excellent coverage under our policy - and we did. It covered everything we lost and I was able to buy a new business.
