Her expert and timely advice was critical in getting the best coverage for our needs at a significantly lower cost than our previous insurance company. Five stars aren’t enough to express the level of customer service and professional attention we received through the transaction. Anna had our best interests in mind and ensured all questions were clearly answered. She went a step further by anticipating and explaining the coverages in detail so we could make the choices that will afford us the appropriate protections.

Chip Keen We found Sound Business Insurance after the independent broker we’d been with for 20 years failed to help us when Liberty Mutual dropped coverage for our hotel – not just ours, but all hotels. We’ve never filed a loss claim, and we’ve always made our policy payments on time. Frank Rodriquez and his team went to bat for us. Not only did they help us understand the insurance market better, they were also able to offer us an equivalent policy for a third less than what we’ve been paying Liberty Mutual. My sole regret is that we didn’t find Sound Business when they first opened in 2008.
