1 /5 Pat R.: When my sister, who had this company was in a car accident & needed surgery, they said she had chosen to reject personal injury protection. We told them she has always been required to have higher rates and all coverages of insurance for her delivery job; and would they please show proof of this rejection. No signature or copy of, could be provided. Only a typed version (which anyone can do) with a date which I was with her in person on and she did not sign anything like that while in my presence. All she did was remove her son from the insurance. Others now have stated they have had similar issues with them and have switched. Injured people do not feel like suing, so they get away with it. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!!! Angry Pat in Yakima
