One of the things I really appreciate is that she speaks Spanish—this made everything so much easier and more comfortable for me. Flor is always available when I need her, whether I have a question, need help understanding my policy, or just want to make sure Im getting the best coverage. She takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes sure Im confident in my decisions. chris wilson I had a question about my new home policy and my previous agent had sold his business so this was my first interaction with my new agent. They conducted a review of our home, auto and umbrella policies and helped me to understand where I could save money on the premiums by adjusting coverages/deductions that still provided ample protection for us. They noticed that we werent receiving a discount on our auto insurance since we had retired and made that adjustment to our policy as well. I feel like I better understand our coverages and we are now paying less than we would have otherwise. It was a quick, thorough and painless process.

Dale Holpainen I have been doing business with Magnolia Insurance for more years now than I can remember. My agent is Toni Matous. I love this gal because she takes care of everything so quickly. It makes not difference if I call or write an email or a text I get an immediate reply. She always keeps me updated, along with making suggestions, when the insurance carriers make changes which as we know seems to be all the time. Im like most people when it comes to insurance. I wish I didnt have to have it and I dont like having to pay for it. But its kinda like paying taxes in this regard, I cant get out of it. But since I cant I at least want it to be easy and taken care of when something happens and I need it. Thanks Toni for always being there and taking care of me. Dale
