I gave Haley Insurance Agency a call and showed up at their office within the hour. Hannah LaBadie did an extraordinary job of getting me new auto and renters insurance that day to avoid a lapse in coverage. We spent quite a while together going through my options with the companies they represent. I ended up with lower premiums for the same insurance with a company I know is reputable and outstanding. I was so stressed that day and Hannah just was amazingly kind, knowledgeable and helpful, as was Bradlee Haley who stepped into help as well. In the six months since, I have called or emailed a couple of times with questions and their response is always quick and helpful. I will never work with one of the major insurance companies directly or different agent again! He was very patient and informative. He was detail oriented and super knowlegeable. Very easy to talk to, also.
