Alvaro Valle On a couple of occasions, I have needed the assistance of Allison Brown and in both instance she has received my call (even nearing after hours) with a genuine interest in doing her best to help me out in the ways she could. Often, individuals will sell you something and then you never hear from them again. This has not been the case with Allison. Cassandra Wood Tom went above and beyond to help me with a claim hiccup that was outside his scope. It was not his department but he helped me get things in order and set. He continued to check back in and genuinely wanted to be sure our family was in good hands and taken care of. I have been a long time client but never had the pleasure of working with Tom till this week. I would highly recommend Tom, he will show up for his clients, get answers and make sure things are done right.
