5 /5 Cassandra Wood: Tom went above and beyond to help me with a claim hiccup that was outside his scope. It was not his department but he helped me get things in order and set. He continued to check back in and genuinely wanted to be sure our family was in good hands and taken care of. I have been a long time client but never had the pleasure of working with Tom till this week. I would highly recommend Tom, he will show up for his clients, get answers and make sure things are done right.

1 /5 Josh: Tom provided me with horrible service. He messed up my automatic payment several times, and had very poor communication. I switched to State Farm and my new agent there broke down how much I was being over charged and screwed over by country financial. I was able to get much better coverage and am now paying half the price I was before with Tom and his office. Highly recommend avoiding country financial at all costs it’s been nothing but a problem for me and my business.

He knows his stuff and has been able to guide us along with our changing needs as our family has grown. I highly recommend Tom as an exceptional insurance agent!! COUNTRY has been a good group to work with as well. Prices have been very competitive and coverage is great.

2 /5 Chelsea Trump: Incredibly hard to get a hold of. Been trying to add a new vehicle to my policy for months now and his assistant sends me to his voicemail. The kicker is his voicemail is always full so cannot leave messages. Never get a call back or an email back. His assistant tries to be as helpful as she can, but since having Tom for my agent I have been unable to get a hold of him.

2 /5 Julia Quinonez: Unfortunately Ive been trying to cancel our insurance policy (home, life, and car) for over 6 months. We have moved out of state (to a state Country Financial doesn’t service) and have been trying to cancel. We have been charged every month for the last 6 months. And when trying to contact Tom or anyone on his team no one has been able to finalize the cancelation. We have tried numerous times with numerous individuals as well as called the Country Financial 1-800 number. I am extremely disappointed. We now have USAA and our experience in the most recent six months has been far better than our experience with country financial over the last FIVE YEARS!
