Ellen Stream I called the 425 number in Renton, WA and spoke to a rep. She could not find my policy.Was a bit rude. She told me I had to write to the billing dept. I found a 1-800 number and spoke to a nice lady named April. She had no problem finding my policy, and transferred me to the correct agent. This agent was also very helpful.

Adam Lang Kevin and his team saved our family $6,000 this year in health insurance premiums. Besides the premium savings, the policy they found has no deductible (only copays). Compare that to the $11,000 family deductible on the plan offered by my new employer (at $500 more per month), and you can see why I am proud to write this glowing, 5-star review for Kevin and Riverbend Insurance. Mark Scott I switched to Larry Hall and State Farm 20 years ago. I had a different insurance company and when I needed customer service they told me to figure things out for myself. I have never been to Larry Halls office (I live near Seattle) but Tawnee and Amber always treat me like they know me and State Farm has provided excellent coverage any time I have had any issues (car accidents or my car getting stolen). Whenever I call I find myself telling them how much I appreciate how helpful they are.
