In my experience, buying insurance can be confusing, and it seems like many other agents just try to get the sale. Kirks advice was great and I never felt pressured. I felt so comfortable working with him, that I would call/email whenever I needed help or clarification on something. By whenever, I mean he even offered to stay after hours to finish up just so we can get our business up and running! Thats above and beyond right there and rare to find these days. I feel like I have gotten to know him very well from the million times I had called him with questions. For being a busy man, he didnt complain, not once, about me constantly calling.
