1 /5 Roger Garnica: Dishonest insurance company and the agent, Darren, tries every way to never be around the office to answer questions to why the quote keeps rising. Probably gets some sort of kickback out of raising the fees. Our insurance rates got out of control and the price never had a definite answer to why it kept rising. The customer service rep/ reception was not helpful when we asked why we kept getting these "hidden fees". Changed companies with State Farm

2 /5 Lada Skrinnik: I paid $196.00 To this Insurance company to add my granddaughter to my insurance policy and then they turned around and sent me a bill including the amount I had already paid in their office! I tried to resolve this issue with Darren Steele and he refused to help me! Instead I was arguing with one the agent who I handed the cash too and she continued to state that she did not receive my money! I am disgusted on the way they handle business. If you go there, make sure you get a receipt, cause they will turn around and say you never paid!
