Ceeasia32 They are professional, on time with appointments. Taxes done in about 30min. Prices have gone up but ranges between $70-$100 for service. I was over charged this year. They say they have the right to charge extra for services but I didn’t have any. Last year I paid $60 this year I was charged $100, When posted new price was $70 with 4 W2, we had 3. I didn’t ask because what goes around comes around.

Kenzie Wray Cecilia was very helpful helped me find the cheapest insurance which was well over $100 cheaper then I have been able to find myself! Having a kid saving a hundred dollars a month helps a lot so much appreciated to her and her manager. Came to them years ago when I first got a car and again today so Definitely will be staying with them and coming back for years on. Highly recommended if you want good customer service and cheap insurance. And will make sure you dont leave with any unanswered questions. Thank you again highly recommended and much appreciated.

Chey Frye This agency is fantastic! I had a question about my mom’s claim and the agent called me on a Saturday!!! They have always taken great care of us. If you’re looking to support a local agency, this one is it. Farmer’s can be expensive, but their coverage is truly worth it. And the customer service you get from a local office is so much better! HA Pierce I have been a client of Chess Insurance for at least 10 years. I started with car insurance. I was so happy with the support I got from Vanda that I added homeowners and flood insurance. Just recently, I also added earthquake insurance. Next is insuring my husbands classic car. Vanda has been terrific. Full of helpful information and not pushy about selling more or raising our coverage. Vanda got us the rate for the classic car more than a year ago. I have been too lazy to take the required photos, but she has never once inquired about when I would get around to it. That is the kind of sales person I want.

Anita Carr Lester aka Dean, and Cassandra saved me when I was given no notice that my home insurance was being cancelled and surrounding my home. They quickly got my coverage and payment collected on the same day so that there was no lapse in my coverage!
