Mario is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful, but what truly sets him apart is his phenomenal responsiveness. I had sent him an email around 10 PM one evening, fully expecting to hear back in a day or two. To my complete surprise, Mario responded in less than 30 minutes response.
