Brittney Deines I called Monday morning to ask if they were letting people into the office cuz of all of the Coronavirus restrictions and policies and was told to go ahead and come into the office right away. When I got there the agent I spoke to on the phone was on lunch but the nice lady at the front desk was able to do everything for me and get me set up. Withing 15 to 20 minutes I left with proof of insurance in hand. She was also great about not pushing any more coverage on me than I needed or could afford to pay for and was very clear about pricing.

Amanda is the gold standard for knowledgeable, service and affordability. Amanda emailed me a proposal within 4 hours of my initial email inquiry. By the end of the following day I had switched insurance carries, saved 30% from what I was previously paying and had my new policy in-place and old policy cancelled. She did all of this while simultaneously assisting me with a claim I had recently submitted under my prior policy.
