Jake Hoffman Had the misfortune of communicating with Joley. What appeared as an introduction to acquiring insurance, became a coarse and rude exposure to WaFd Insurance. I had to stop by the branch several weeks after requesting the quote, as no update was made. When I stopped by to check on the status, I was asked why am I stopping by if I have had insurance yet. I informed that in order to acquire my contractors license, I need a bond and insurance. Then a couple weeks later I got a call, and was told I had one option, with a crucial criteria, when I didnt understand it, and asked an explanation, Joley raised his voice and accused me of being unclear and concealing information. I went to her and a month later I got into a accident by hitting a deer, I was able to call Hollie and she answered my phone call right away, and got my claim started while we were still on the phone, I’ve never know any other insurance agent be that fast! She is always on top of everything and reponds super fast to any message she receives. I love working with Hollie and will never go to anyone else!
