The customer service is top notch, my parents swap agencies to The Jerome Dickson Farmers Insurance even though they were already with a different Farmers Insurance Agency. I highly recommend it!

1 /5 Michele: Jose wrote our homeowners policy, very disappointed with his customer service. He said he would do certain things and he never fallowed through with it. Bad about returning calls. This was a year ago. This year I called to see if I could get a new quote to see if it could be lowered. He said he would get back to me. I called 3 days later, because I had not heard back. He said that it would be the same, I told him that I had found another company. I’m now dealing with him not doing his job. He renew my policy not canceled. This is a headache for me and Griffin Underwriters.
