Phillip Chung No wonder it looks fishy here without any previous review comment! This guy who answered the phone, assume to be Charles Chai, started with "who are you?"!! Who does that!! On top of Farmers doubling my home insurance premium and this kind of customer service, it is no brainer to switch to another insurance company. I only wish I have done that long time ago instead of providing income for this person! Hope my policy get cancelled as I requested without causing headache, which I wouldnt be surprised if this guy makes difficult, ex. not cancelled before renewal date and late charge assessed. Please just retire if you think you made enough money and dont feel like serving your customer with dignity! Just horrible..

Shelli Walker-Johnson I went in here thinking I could pay my bill in any office, not realizing that this is not necessarily so. Bruce went above and beyond to help me out, making several calls and dealing w a frustrating website just to help me... and I am not even their client. I will be soon, though. Thank you Bruce and nice blonde lady (sorry didnt get her name) for your help and patience. You guys are top-notch!

Kylee Davis Ive never had an insurance agent be so helpful, and so caring before! Ive been with allstate, farmers, progressive, and now with Safeco. Hands down the best in clark county! Cherie Walker was so helpful trying to help me figure out information about my old policy and I wasnt even a client at the time! Thanks to her, I was also able to add way MORE protection to my vehicle at the same cost I was paying with my old insurance company. Lacee Roth Had Jackie do a review of my current policy that was written by another agency that had insisted they were "the lowest rate I could get because they checked everyone for me". Jackie was able to not only match my coverage but get me a better rate! Shes amazing at what shes does and super friendly!
