Traci Steve has been my insurance agent for 23 years. His customer service is exceptional. I can ALWAYS reach him. Even if I call the office on a Sunday and leave a non urgent message, I often get a return call that day.

Donna Johnson Allstate always answers my calls and solves my problems. I May be paying a bit more but having a local office to communicate with is worth every penny. Staff in Port Angeles is competent and knowledgeable, friendly and nice. I wouldnt trade them for any phone or computer-only company. We have several cars, RV and our home under the Allstate umbrella. We are very satisfied.
