Pat S. Not long ago, my wife & I were in search of a local Stanwood Farmers Insurance agency. Our search quickly ended when we stepped into the downtown office of Ms. Tory Charette & Stephanie. Both welcomed us to sit down for a chat about our insurance needs to protect our home, cars and monitor a life insurance policy. Since we just “dropped in” that afternoon, our first talk was understandably short. Before leaving, we all agreed to plan a longer visit to review and finalize the necessary documents. In every sense, Tory & Stephanie are shining five star credits to Farmers and simply make our little town a nicer place to live. Easily, we’d be happy in suggesting to family and friends that they too stop by, sit down for a few minutes and have a talk. My wife and I could not be more pleased with our decision to be with our new agents, and friends, at Farmers Insurance.

Geoffrey Johnston Jose at Farmers is absolutely amazing. I use him for home, auto, and our business policies. His attention to detail is unmatched. He also goes above and beyond when any issues arise to make sure that youre taken care of. He even called me when hail was in the forecast to make sure I knew my cars were covered by the policy in case of any damage. Talk about service!

I have a Farmers policy with a *different* agent in town and tried to reach this agent to help me understand a document I had received regarding my policy. I called and left voicemails for the other agent but never received a response for over a month. Finally, I looked for a different Farmers agent to help me understand what was happening with my policy and contacted Brians office. Im so grateful that Shena took the time to review my document and explain what my options were!
