I like having my policies under 1 co. unlike other places where you are dealing with multiple third party co.s. Especially if you have multiple cars, homes and business insurance

Always great service, I never have had to wait on hold for my call to be connected, I get to speak with a real human, who speaks my first language intelligibly, (I speak English, Im not sure if they have any multi-lingual capacity for service, but I would not be surprised if they at least have someone who can speak Spanish fluently, because there are many Latina people in this area). Great business, no bad or unsatisfying experiences. Highly recommended.

Helpful, prompt & simple! I had a great transaction on the phone with a very helpful and quick representative. They were also funny and nice. The mobile app does need a good deal of work; very quirky and does not show full options for each operation.
