He’s very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and treated this senior with a lot of respect. He certainly knows what he’s doing when it comes to customer service (he should teach classes on it) much more than many people these days. He bent over backwards to answer all of my questions in a manner I could easily understand. I’m hard of hearing and he repeated things for me with a great attitude.
